Business Growth Strategist

The role of a Business Growth Strategist is to drive business expansion and development across various sectors. As a key player in the sales process, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and develop new business prospects within the mining, energy, and infrastructure industries.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including market research, opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ensure high-quality submissions for tenders that align with client needs and service capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM systems.
  • Promote Civeo's services at industry events and conferences.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic sales plans and growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, ideally in facilities management, accommodation services, or mining support services.
  • Proven success in securing long-term contracts in competitive environments.
  • Strong understanding of remote site operations and the unique challenges of servicing workforces.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build financially sound proposals.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and contract negotiation in mining/resource sectors.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
