About This OpportunityThis role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting retention targets. The successful candidate will contribute to a high-performing team in a collaborative and supportive environment to retain customer accounts within the Commercial and Industry division.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Retention and Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth.
- Portfolio Management: Manage multiple customer portfolios using our CRM system to efficiently track and meet customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performing team through skills sharing, peer coaching, and other collaborative activities.
- Sales Administration: Perform administrative tasks associated with sales contract renewals, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster business growth and success.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role, exceeding performance metrics and consistently delivering results.
- Time Management and Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Demonstrate resilience, positivity, and productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- B2B Sales Experience: Experience in converting cold and warm leads via outbound tele-sales and face-to-face interactions, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Negotiation Skills: Contract and price negotiation skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for the business.
- Teamwork: Experience working and collaborating in a team environment to achieve shared goals and objectives.
