Customer Data Management Specialist

Job Description:

The Customer Data Management Specialist is a critical role that requires expertise in managing customer data across various systems. This position involves overseeing the entire data management lifecycle, from data collection and unification to transformation, segmentation, and storage.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ataccama for Master Data Management (MDM) and a deep understanding of MDM concepts applied to customer data. They will be responsible for leading high-level technical solutioning processes, evaluating current technical feasibility options, and suggesting technical roadmaps.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, able to facilitate discussions with data stakeholders on data governance processes and translate those into technical requirements. They will define requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria, and data stewardship workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of MDM concepts and their application to customer data.

2. Experience with Ataccama for MDM.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to lead high-level technical solutioning processes.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
