Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Travel Coordination Expert to join our Business Services team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth travel arrangements for colleagues and guests from around the world.

This individual will work closely with the wider business services team to plan and coordinate company events, manage supplier relationships, and address any travel-related queries or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and guests worldwide
  • Work with the business services team to plan and execute company events
  • Manage relationships with travel vendors to ensure excellent service
  • Verify invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payments, credits, and refunds for travel
  • Monitor trends, spend, emissions, and compliance with company policy
  • Track unused tickets, credits, and airline points usage

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask effectively.
