Travel Consultant Role

As a seasoned travel professional, you will play a pivotal role in arranging complex group bookings, encompassing flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and insurance.

About the Position

Within our teams, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our clients.

  • Arrange seamless group bookings, ensuring timely delivery of services and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize earning potential, and enhance revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, trends, and best practices, fostering innovation and excellence within your role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a travel consultant, preferably with expertise in group bookings.
  • Proven GDS skills, speed, and efficiency in handling complex bookings.

  • Capacity to think critically and creatively, resolving complex challenges with ease.
