Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Justice Officer to join our team at Melbourne Assessment Prison (MAP). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Prison Intelligence Unit in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the IVO database, permissions to enter, and prisoner phones.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and organisational requirements.
  • Maintaining stakeholder green passes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Well-developed computer literacy.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Experience and/or understanding of working within a correctional environment.
