The Justice Officer - Administration Intelligence role is responsible for assisting the Prison Intelligent Unit in their daily activities, maintaining the IVO database and prisoner phones, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Prison Intelligent Unit in their daily operations.
- Maintain the IVO database and prisoner phone systems.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.
- Well-developed computer literacy.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience and/or understanding of working within a correctional environment.
This is an ongoing opportunity to join a busy and supportive team in Corrections Victoria. The successful candidate will be remunerated in accordance with the applicable provision of the VPS Enterprise Agreement.
