Correctional Operations Specialist

As a key member of the Melbourne Assessment Prison team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Prison Intelligence Unit in their daily activities.
About the RoleThe Corrections Victoria Intelligence Service is responsible for overseeing intelligence operations across the state. As a Justice Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Prison Intelligence Unit with their daily tasks and duties.
- Maintaining accurate records of prisoner phone usage and permissions to enter restricted areas.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as organisational policies and procedures.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining up-to-date information on green passes.
This position requires strong computer skills, sound knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, and experience working within a correctional environment.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
