Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a sales assistant.

As a sales assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service in store with premium product
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Processing large volumes of stock
  • Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
  • Assisting in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, visual merchandising & cleaning required
