Leader in Footwear Sales

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our team and drive sales growth in footwear products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of sales assistants, providing expert customer service, and working closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing advanced technology to deliver personalized solutions and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Lead by example to motivate and inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor team performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the store manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and manage rosters and wage spend within company guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations, ensuring high standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Champion team training and development to build a strong, skilled workforce.
  • Foster community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare professional relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS requirements in line with national and state regulations.
Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an assistant manager or senior sales assistant in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A results-driven mindset and proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.
