Position: Functional Solution Architect (SAP SuccessFactors)

Contract Duration: 12 months with potential for extension.

Compensation: $1000-$1100 per day plus superannuation.

Location: Paramatta (Hybrid Work Environment)

Talent International is collaborating with a prominent government entity to find a qualified Functional Solution Architect specializing in SAP SuccessFactors.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a comparable position, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors transformation initiatives, preferably as a Functional Solution Architect on the vendor side.
  • Previous involvement in at least 2-3 significant SAP SuccessFactors HCM transformation projects.
  • Strong customer orientation, with the ability to identify client needs, cultivate relationships, and manage expectations effectively. Capable of addressing and resolving customer escalations proficiently.
  • Outstanding consulting abilities, including leading extensive workshops with diverse stakeholders and engaging confidently with senior executives.
  • Robust HR functional expertise, especially in areas such as Recruitment, Onboarding, and Core HR.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful programs/projects, ideally within the context of NSW Government.
  • Advanced technical knowledge, including proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, integrations, BTP solutions, data management, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and motivated by delivering value in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities frequently shift.
