Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and strategy for the development team, driving innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance product capabilities.
  • Integration Architecture: Develop integration architecture blueprints and patterns to guide the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange between different software systems, applications, and platforms.
  • Cloud Computing: Design and implement cloud-based solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability through effective design and implementation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation in integration solutions.
  • Code Development: Write code and develop software components, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, such as system architecture, codebase, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working across multiple business domains, large-scale distributed systems, complex integrations, and various technology stacks.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, server-side languages, front-end frameworks, microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native development practices.
  • Leadership: Experience in coaching and providing guidance and training to less experienced professionals, forming collaborative relationships with business partners, and promoting best practices in software development methodologies.
