Job Description:
Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced Functional Solution Architect (SAP SuccessFactors) to lead their SAP SuccessFactors transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale SAP SuccessFactors transformation programs, working closely with the client's team to deliver successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to meet the client's business needs, leveraging expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, integrations, BTP solutions, data management, and SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring excellent customer focus and effective communication.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Deliver successful program/projects, preferably in the NSW Government context, and demonstrate expertise in HR functional skills, particularly in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Core HR.
- Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic solutions, leveraging strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a similar role for SAP SuccessFactors transformation programs, ideally working as a Functional Solution Architect on the vendor side.
- Has performed a similar role previously on at least 2-3 large-scale SAP SuccessFactors HCM transformation programs.
- Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations.
- Excellent consulting skills, e.g. leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders, liaising confidently and effectively with senior executives.
- Strong HR functional skills (particularly in Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR).
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful program/projects preferably in NSW Government context.
- Strong technical skills, including expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, integrations, BTP solutions, data management, SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple program/projects and priorities simultaneously.
- At ease working with ambiguity and energised by delivering value in a fast-paced ever-changing environment where priorities are constantly changing.
