Senior Project Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to take on a senior project lead role.

The Opportunity
  • Deliver high-quality, technically advanced projects in the transport sector.
  • Coordinate design teams across multiple offices and disciplines.
  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and financial performance of projects.
  • Provide mentorship to team members, supporting their growth and development in design leadership.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring a relevant tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or a similar discipline. You will have extensive industry experience in major infrastructure and buildings projects, proven leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams, strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, and a passion for excellence and a track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects.

Key Requirements
  • Civil/Structural Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Membership of relevant professional institutions or significant credit towards eligibility.
  • Extensive experience in major infrastructure and buildings projects.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
