Electrical Project Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for managing multi-discipline and single-discipline projects from initial planning through to installation and commissioning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and business acumen, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Plan and manage electrical projects from concept to completion.
  • Conduct business development activities including generating proposals and networking.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise and provide oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop electrical designs for various building projects.
  • Support junior engineers and graduates to enable them to perform successfully.
  • Represent the company externally to clients and manage client relationships.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (with a preference for Chartered status).
  • Proven experience in design consultancy environment with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  • A proactive solutions-focused mindset with a passion for building client relationships and growing business pipelines.
  • Well-connected in Perth and confident in business development.
