Job Title: Commercial Project Lead

We are seeking an accomplished commercial project lead to oversee a major development in the Perth CBD.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading commercial projects worth over $80 million, be proficient in structure, safety, and subcontractor coordination, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to drive the project program and maintain quality from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial project from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Coordinate with senior management, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budgets, and progress updates
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project continuity and minimal disruptions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in commercial project management, preferably on projects worth over $80 million
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Certifications in project management, such as PRINCE2 or Agile, would be highly desirable
