The ideal candidate will possess excellent marketing skills, with the ability to attract high-quality tenants through targeted advertising and lead follow-up. Strong interpersonal and business communication skills are essential, along with enhanced negotiation abilities and proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Marketing: Attracting top-tier tenants through effective advertising and lead generation
  • Tenant Relations: Developing rental agreements, selecting suitable tenants, collecting rent and deposits, enforcing rental agreement terms, resolving tenant complaints, and handling eviction proceedings when necessary
  • Facilities Management: Coordinating maintenance and repairs, negotiating contracts with vendors, regularly inspecting properties to ensure they are well-maintained, and promptly addressing emergency maintenance issues
  • Financial Reporting: Maintaining accurate financial records related to property operations
  • Owner Relations: Providing regular updates to property owners regarding vacancies, tenants, property condition, and financial matters

The successful candidate should possess a Real Estate Letting Licence and demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. While prior experience is not required, having office administration experience (1 year or more) and proficiency in Mandarin are considered advantages. The ideal candidate will work closely with our senior Property Manager to provide guidance and support.

This is a part-time, casual position that requires a High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
