Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers by providing objective advice on market conditions

Requirements

  • Certified Practicing Valuer or Residential Property Valuer accreditation and relevant experience in the current market
  • Passion for property and ability to share local property knowledge
  • Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
  • Demonstrated positivity and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Capability to use a market leading valuation platform with ongoing innovation
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing improvement and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
