Job Title:

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Graduate Fellow in Gynaecological Oncology to develop advanced subspecialty skills and contribute to our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical assessment and management of women presenting for treatment under consultant supervision
  • Consult with involvement of medical and radiation oncology services, palliative care, community services, general practitioners and other service providers
  • Conduct outpatient clinics and operating sessions under consultant guidance
  • Participate in after hours on call roster, clinical research activities, ward rounds, case discussions and meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG)
  • Evidence of a desire to become a medical expert in the subspecialty of gynaecological oncology, previous academic success and compliance with the RANZCOG training requirements
