Job Title: Trauma Management Specialists

The role involves providing critical incident response services, supporting a diverse range of clients, and delivering employee counselling and training services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Critical Incident Response Services using Psychological First Aid and referral pathways to support clients.
  • Inform organisations of themes, recommendations, or any internal process improvements.
  • Delivery of Employee Counselling and Training Services may be included.
  • Provide one-on-one trauma support and group sessions using Psychological First Aid and other trauma-specific interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support and counselling.
  • Relevant experience and minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs and provide solution-focused advice.
  • Passion for helping people and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, report writing skills, and willingness to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ability and experience in delivering People Assist services (EAP, RRS).
  • High level negotiation and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborative working style.
  • Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
