Job Title

Catering HQ is looking for a dynamic and passionate professional with proven experience in end-to-end event coordination to join our talented team working at our venues.

The brand, a family-run company established in 1996, has 13 fabulous venues across Sydney. The menus and decor are constantly evolving to meet changing market trends.

Our primary responsibility is the execution of high-quality, smooth-running events that exceed client expectations while developing and maintaining these relationships. This role also involves operational requirements and is a hands-on position.

We seek an individual with:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, including event sales
  • Experience with Sales and Catering or similar events programs
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, as well as attention to detail
