Strategic Transformation Director

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leader to join our Board of Directors.
This role will involve overseeing large-scale business and digital transformation, as well as strategic people and culture change. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce management models and the ability to position engineering in the Australian economy.
About This Opportunity- Prominent leadership experience in driving business and digital transformation.
- Proven track record in implementing strategic people and culture change initiatives.
- Strong economic outlook and positioning skills, including capital markets and the value of engineering in Australia.
In addition to skills and experience, desirable personal qualities include leadership, integrity, curiosity, courage, interpersonal skills, communication skills, and an active contributor mindset.

The initial term for this position is 2 years with potential for re-appointment by the Board at its discretion.
Approximately 30 days per annum commitment for meetings and preparation, excluding travel time.
A competitive market remuneration package is offered for this role.
