Job Title: Director of Transformation

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Project Management Office. As the Director of Transformation, you will drive enterprise-wide transformation and build effective working relationships across the organization.

  • Lead and execute a contemporary program of work
  • Drive strategic transformation and improvement initiatives
  • Build collaborative relationships across departments

This role requires a senior leader with proven experience in project delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement. You will bring strong experience leading diverse teams, thorough understanding of business operations, and ability to effectively manage budgets and resources.

You are highly regarded for your strategic capability, commercial acumen, and resourcefulness, operating in complex environments and implementing best practice frameworks. You are highly consultative and can engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and transparency around project progress and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, lead cross-functional teams on operational and strategic projects
  • Develop and implement business strategies, engaging with stakeholders on key project progress and delivery
  • Build strong relationships with department heads and educate stakeholders on project management principles
