We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance across key pillars of safety, service, people and value.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Promote a culture of safety and implement policies and systems to embed safety into our ways of working.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Manager in business and operational planning.
- Manage and monitor operational KPIs to ensure resource planning supports strategic objectives.
- Provide leadership to the team and coaching to promote a high-performance culture within logistics.
- Identify and implement best-in-class distribution processes to improve productivity and performance standards.
- Ensure review and improvement of non-conformance issues to drive efficiency, service and customer value within logistics operations.
- Oversee Chain of Responsibility compliance through training, reporting and monitoring and risk management on site.
- Promote succession and development planning within logistics through clearly defined training and development plans, open communication, feedback and on-job training.
