Logistics Operations Leader

As a Logistics Operations Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations.
We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee and optimize our logistics operations in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Direct and monitor supervisors and team leaders to ensure seamless operations and skill development
- Meet key performance indicators and adhere to industry standards
- Employ and manage qualified staff in accordance with company policies
- Implement and maintain strict health and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and recommend necessary improvements
- Establish and maintain high operational standards
- Maintain knowledge of contracted deliverable requirements and ensure the security of customer inventory and property
- Develop strategies to support products, reduce costs, and increase revenue
Requirements include 3-5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.
