Event Support Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Event Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events at our venue.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the venue during event operations.
- Assist with audio-visual and technical setup, including microphones, video conferencing, and speaker volume.
- Support coffee set-ups and catering services.
- Ensure event spaces are clean, presentable, and configured to client specifications.
- Provide responsive and professional support during events, including troubleshooting minor issues.
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Open availability to weekday and weekend work.
- Capable of working independently without supervision.
- Confident with basic AV/technology or willing to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
