Event Services Associate

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Services Associate to join our team. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The Event Services Associate will be responsible for supporting the event planning and execution process. This includes preparing and setting up event spaces, handling equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and setting up event spaces, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.
  • Tending bar and serving food platters with a high standard of service and presentation.
  • Providing operational support in the delivery of food and beverages, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Arranging dining setups, from buffet-style to fine dining, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Polishing cutlery to meet industry standards and ensuring all items are prepared and ready for service.
  • Building relationships with guests, showcasing exceptional customer service to foster repeat business and future bookings.
  • Supporting event arrangements and contributing to creating unforgettable experiences that exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborating with the events team on various operational tasks to ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Luxury customer service experience preferred.
  • Possession of valid working rights in Australia.
  • Eagerness to advance your career in the hospitality sector.
  • A proactive, driven, and energetic approach in a fast-paced environment.
