Aged Care Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Manager to lead our clinical team at Respect Aged Care. As a respected not-for-profit organisation, we prioritise the well-being of our residents and staff.
Location: Tasmania
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering quality clinical care to residents in accordance with contemporary practice. This includes planning, allocating, and delegating duties, as well as facilitating the delivery of care according to documented policies and procedures.
This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical leadership and coordination of care teams
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Facilitating effective communication among staff, residents, and families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Bachelor Degree in Nursing (RN) from an Australian institution
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A minimum of 3 years experience in residential aged care
- Sound clinical knowledge and skills in accordance with contemporary practice
