Job Title: Storeperson

You will assist in the receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of inventory and other goods to various services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process routine and priority requisitions/picking tickets, by accurately selecting correct items and quantities, package, prepare and maintain records as required.
  2. Receive, store consignments/deliveries from carriers using a computerised system.
  3. Process consignment details into a transport tracking system and prepare packaged goods for dispatch.
  4. Carry out stocktakes and spot checks of inventory as directed by a Warehouse Supervisor or Senior Stores Person.
  5. Maintain and operate materials handling equipment, maintain a warehouse environment in clean/tidy/safe condition, maintain pick bin stock levels and advise Senior Storeperson of any issues.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory - Current Australia driver's licence
  • Qualification - Current forklift licence
