About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce & Shopify Coordinator to join our team. As an E-Commerce & Shopify Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our online presence across four Shopify stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, including adding new products, updating descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.

    ">

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels on Shopify using our in-house inventory system.

    ">

  • Coordinate with the sales team for inventory updates, special orders, and product launches.

    ">

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence.

    ">

  • Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.

    ">

  • Assist with online marketing campaigns and website updates.

    ">

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Operations Manager.

  • Experience managing Shopify stores and e-commerce platforms.
