Job Title: Luxury Butler

At Sofitel Darling Harbour, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Butler to join our team. As a Luxury Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding promptly to their requirements and exceeding their expectations.
  • Ensure all food and beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards, maintaining the highest level of luxury and quality.
  • Initiate contact with guests to offer individual services and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Embody the art of French hospitality, demonstrating a "can do" attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Liaise with the kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to and all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests' arrival.
  • Ensure the presentation of food and beverage within Club Millesime is of the highest luxury service standard.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs smoothly, accurately, and with a personal sense of welcome and farewell, in line with Sofitel standards.
  • Transfer all details on the registration card to the guest's reservation accurately and appropriately, ensuring we are fully aware of all their needs and requests for future stays.
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Always display a professional appearance, representing the Sofitel brand.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
