Job Description

As a Butler Service Professional at Sofitel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to our guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized, efficient, and luxury service to all guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Embody the art of French hospitality through a "can do" attitude, always displaying a professional appearance and representing the Sofitel brand.
  • Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements, in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
  • Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests.
  • Initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to and all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests' arriving.
  • Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high, luxury service standard.
  • Process Check-ins and Check-outs smoothly, accurately, and with a personal sense of welcome and farewell, in line with Sofitel Standards.
  • Transfer all details on the registration card to the guest's reservation accurately and appropriately, ensuring that in future stays we are fully aware of all their needs and requests.
