**The Restaurant**
We have seen Bopp & Tone go from strength to strength since we opened in 2018. Exceptional customer feedback and positive results for the restaurant are the norm, and it now sits in the top 10 Sydney restaurants.

Bopp & Tone is positioned directly across the road from Wynyard Park and attracts a variety of VIP and corporate guests, tourists, locals, and businesspeople, all enjoying the over **330+ different wines** off our extensive list. The restaurant comprises of a 220pax casual dining restaurant with an outdoor terrace and cocktail bar that delivers a lived-in luxury feel.

**The Role**
Reporting to our group Sommelier and working arm in arm with the restaurant team you will be focused on assisting in all levels of stock replenishment, customer service and providing recommendations or advice to patrons, assisting working a section and being involved in training and upskilling the team.
