About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our team at Talent Butler. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-end residential and mixed-use developments across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial modeling and budgeting for mixed-use developments
  • Managing design, development, and sales and marketing strategies
  • Resolving planning issues and gaining approvals at local and state levels
  • Managing external consultants and contractors
  • Managing budgets and reporting to key stakeholders

About the Company

Talent Butler is a privately owned luxury developer based in the Sydney CBD. We have recently delivered a $200mil+ high-end residential development and are now entering a new phase of growth with the capital in place to make it happen.

We are a small team, which means your decisions will have a significant impact on the end product. You will be working on varied projects across the full development life-cycle, and your voice will be heard and valued.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrated history of working in a Development Management role on high-density residential projects
  • Full project lifecycle exposure
  • Ability to work in a small team with varied responsibilities
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Potential for inter-state travel
  • Ability to work with varied stakeholders, including high-net worth investors, consultants, and contractors
