We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Dispute Resolution Specialist.
- This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and provide well-reasoned solutions.
A background in dispute resolution, medical science, or a related field is highly desirable. Training and experience in assessing Work-Related Impairment (WPI) in accordance with AMA 4 and the Psychiatric Impairment Rating Scale (PIRS) is also required.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs.

- Clarify and manage key stakeholder expectations and allocate appropriate resources to ensure effective outcomes.
- Negotiate terms with external providers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure attention to risk management and governance.
- Identify, report and discuss emerging risks with the Legal Manager.
