Job Description:

Drive Business Success with Workday Expertise

As a senior HCM consultant, you will be responsible for driving delivery excellence and guiding cross-functional teams in achieving business goals. This pivotal role involves working across workstreams to ensure program alignment and provide strategic guidance on Workday best practices.

Key responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand HR requirements and delivering tailored Workday solutions from design through implementation. You will also configure and customize multiple Workday modules to align with unique business processes and goals.

Additional responsibilities include leading full lifecycle Workday implementations, including phase X projects and post-production support. You will provide strategic guidance on Workday optimization and system usage for long-term value, manage project delivery, and advise clients on system impacts, integration considerations, and process interdependencies.
