Overview

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HCM Consultant. In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on workforce transformation, driving innovation and excellence in HR operations.

You will guide clients through the complex landscape of HR transformation, leveraging technology and best practices to create a positive impact on business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create employee experience strategies with market-relevant thought leadership
  • Deliver HR Transformation projects and state-of-the-art HR Service Transformation solutions at global scale
  • Design and operationalize HR strategies through process design and implementation
  • Support clients with the adoption of HR Cloud and HXM Technologies from hire to retire
  • Provide Workforce Transformation Advisory services, including project management support for the deployment of new workforce solutions and initiatives
  • Facilitate HR workshops and provide actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to practice development and pre-sales activities to develop our service offerings and go-to-market initiatives further

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience. Additionally, they should have domain expertise in processes from the Hire to Retire employee cycle, knowledge of HR technologies, and experience in conducting HR improvement workshops.
