The Opportunity

We are excited to welcome a new member to our Business Intelligence & Analytics team based at our Ballarat Support Office.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups on store requests.
  • Design, implement, maintain, and improve Cognos Reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Power BI.
  • Write SQL queries and procedures using T-SQL and Informix SQL.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to develop and deliver reporting solutions.
  • Develop ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team.
  • Identify improvements and strategic direction for the tech stack.
  • Lead technical discussions and ensure adequate solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement, investigate potential solutions, and drive development where required.
  • Support departments in resolving systems and process issues.
About You

We're looking for someone with experience in developing reporting solutions using Power BI, Cognos, or similar. Advanced query skills with T-SQL are required, along with IT or business degree qualifications or relevant experience. Familiarity with Logic Apps and/or SQL Server Integration Services is an advantage.
