About the Opportunity

As a visionary leader with expertise in simulation learning and clinical practice, you will maintain high-level communication with key stakeholders to align on strategic goals and effectively manage simulation and clinical practice projects.

You will utilise contemporary learning design principles to drive the innovation of the simulation learning framework and clinical practice model, ensuring alignment with professional standards set by accrediting bodies.

In addition, you will provide expertise and leadership in ethical, high quality and innovative research through activities such as scholarship, quality publication, external grant acquisition, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement simulation-based learning programs that meet the needs of nursing and midwifery students.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to design and deliver clinical practice experiences that align with professional standards.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of curricula and courses that incorporate simulation learning and clinical practice.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the School of Allied Health.
