Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Simulator Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our simulators.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine technical tasks on site, in field or laboratory.
  • Learning and performing preventive maintenance tasks on simulators and associated simulator systems.
  • Assisting in diagnosing and correcting problems on the simulators and associated simulator systems.
  • Utilizing maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities.
  • Completing designated training activities.
  • Performing pre-flight and post flight on designated simulators.
  • Running automatic Qualification Test Guide (QTG).
  • Assisting with refurbishment and hardware modifications.
  • Learning and complying with quality management system.
  • Providing customer service support and addressing customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Performing housekeeping functions to maintain the simulators as required.
  • Performing logistics duties, including parts received, repair, and testing/validation.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-year technical degree or 4 years in an electronic, avionic, or technical related field is required. Relevant experience is also necessary. The ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules is essential.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in operating test equipment, knowledge in analog and digital theory, computer literacy, and soldering skills are required.
