About the Job

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated professional to support children and families in accessing our kindergarten services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with families from diverse backgrounds.

The role involves assisting with enrolment processes, supporting the teaching team, and providing opportunities for inclusion of all children within the kindergarten room as needed.

As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to building resilience in children and families, enabling them to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with children and families

A minimum qualification of Certificate III of Children's Services is desirable but not a requirement. Effective time management and organisational skills, including flexibility, are essential for this role.
