Supporting Student Growth: A Vital Role
The School Learning Officer plays a pivotal part in fostering the educational and personal development of students at St Michael's School.
Main Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Collaborate with academic staff to design and implement student learning programs.
- Classroom Preparation: Prepare and maintain classroom materials, including printing, collating, stapling, binding, folding, and cutting.
- School Support: Assist teachers in preparing, implementing, and supervising learning programs.
- Task Support: Provide assistance with tasks of limited complexity related to classroom learning experiences.
- Student Wellbeing: Support students with their physical needs and maintain appropriate behaviors when engaging with children.
Requirements:
- Certification: Hold a Working with Children Blue Card.
- Ethos Alignment: Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education.
