Job Summary

The Customer Insight Analyst role involves leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and implement analytical solutions to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spend.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Analytics, to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns on business outcomes, using statistical models and observational measurement techniques.
  • Develop and maintain complex data sets, integrating multiple sources and applying advanced analytical techniques to extract insights.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting results through clear and concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing measurement, media analytics, or a related analytical field, with a strong understanding of observational measurement, experimental design, and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to segment, model, summarize, interpret, and communicate complex data sets in a simple way for non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of data-informed decision-making and the ability to champion this approach within the organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical analysts, senior executives, and other stakeholders.
