Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting, merging, and analyzing data from various sources to deliver actionable insights that drive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, merge, and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView to generate insights focused on key strategic customers.
  • Design and maintain intuitive, visually appealing dashboards to present customer data and commercial trends in a clear and actionable format.
  • Develop a suite of reports that highlight customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably with a focus on customer analytics or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView for data extraction, integration, and visualization.
  • Expertise in creating user-friendly, visually compelling dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., QlikView, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience in a large-scale business environment (e.g., organizations with significant customer bases or revenue streams) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
