Data-Driven Insights Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Market Research Analyst to join our team. As a key player in enabling data-driven decision-making, you will play a critical role in gathering, analysing, and interpreting market data.
This role is responsible for synthesising data and insights from various sources to support marketing and sales initiatives. You will develop dashboards and regular reports on market, customer, and consumer behaviour to provide actionable insights that influence strategy, planning, and execution.
- Gather, cleanse, and analyse external and internal data to inform market segment strategies.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Develop insights that inform strategic initiatives, campaign optimisation, sales enablement, and customer segmentation.
You might be working in research or category analysis and seeking a new challenge. We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for thought leadership and building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large datasets using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Work closely with Marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- Experience in B2B or industrial marketing environment preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
