Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage data from various sources to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, merge, and analyze customer data to generate insights focused on key strategic customers.
  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards to present customer data in a clear and actionable format.
  • Develop reports that highlight customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably with a focus on customer analytics or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and QlikView for data extraction, integration, and visualization.
  • Expertise in creating user-friendly dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience in a large-scale business environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.
