Disability Employment Specialist

Are you passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their career goals? As a Disability Employment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives by supporting our participants to secure employment opportunities and enhance their employability.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with local employers to secure job placements for our participants
  • Assess and develop personalized job plans to support participants in becoming job-ready
  • Deliver high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with community groups and organizations to build and maintain positive relationships and expand service offerings
Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local employers and community groups
  • Providing tailored support and guidance to participants to enhance their employability
  • Managing and administering various aspects of the disability employment program
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:
