Job Title: Digital Trading Manager

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic trading team as a digital trading manager, where you will be responsible for implementing and delivering digital audience targeted social media and programmatic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work as part of the trading team that programmatically delivers and optimises client campaigns against first-party audiences across all channels and environments.
  • To deliver and execute digital campaigns for our agencies and clients, including media buying across social channels, display, video, mobile, and other/new channels available using proprietary platforms and first-party data.
  • To create optimisation strategies across our campaigns to achieve and surpass client KPIs, including performance, delivery, and margin.
  • To respond promptly to queries on live and upcoming campaigns to deliver an outstanding level of service to internal and external clients.
  • To work closely with the trading, technical, and account management teams to communicate material and technical requirements to our internal and external clients.
  • To prepare campaign performance and analytics reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To evaluate data performance and recommend improvements in order to achieve optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital media buying experience working with social platforms and other buy-side programmatic platforms is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail; Excel, data visualisation, and interpretation skills are essential.
  • The ability to easily manage multiple activities simultaneously while managing potentially conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • An interest in the Australian media and advertising agency landscape.
  • A proactive approach to work, with a keen desire to be a contributing member of a collaborative and effective team.
  • Experience working with internal and external customers.
