We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Trade Manager to spearhead our online trade activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive and own end-to-end eCommerce trading, CRO strategy development, web optimisation & digital merchandising across various high-profile beauty brands.

As an experienced professional with a solid background in eCommerce trading, you will take ownership of all eCommerce trading for these household-name Beauty, Skincare & Make-Up brands. Your key responsibilities will include taking end-to-end ownership of all eCommerce trading, developing and implementing CRO strategies, and working closely with our Digital team to drive and deliver a best-in-class, omnichannel customer experience.

You will have the opportunity to work directly alongside one of the best Digital teams in the industry, learning from the very best & working cross-functionally across Marketing, Brand, Creative & Merchandise functions. Key skills and experience required include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo & GA4, with strong experience in trade meetings
  • A track record of increasing YoY performance, online sales, AOV & implementing SEO best practice
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Creative, Marketing, Product & Wholesale/Retail to define a strong brand identity and customer experience
  • Expertise in functionality enhancements & building out solid CRO strategies
  • Solid experience with managing Digital & Development Agency partnerships, maximising relationships & driving solid ROI
