Job Title

A ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer is required to uplift the ServiceNow instance and asset management at a large consultancy.

About the Role
  • This role will involve developing existing ServiceNow Cloud instances, including partner integrations, to raise CMDB maturity.
  • The successful candidate will have experience facilitating improvements, including data input processes, data quality & other asset-related features.
  • Responsibilities will also include developing customised Asset Register Forms & Reports, providing technical support for ServiceNow cloud instances and documenting all technical designs, specifications, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules, features and licensing options is essential.
  • A strong SQL/database skills for reporting, integrations and troubleshooting are necessary.
  • Additionally, experience in cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP and automation- terraform, Ansible is required.
  • The ideal candidate will hold ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD.
Key Requirements
  • 12 months + contract
  • Sydney location available
  • Must have experience with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD integration with ServiceNow.
  • Must be proficient with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration platforms.
  • Experience with ITOM modules - Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management is desired.
  • Also, experience in leveraging adjacent data sources and cloud automation skills to streamline integrations, optimize work flows and support digital transformation initiatives is a must.
